      Great pay and benefits, a healthy company culture that values employee wellness and growth as well as performance, exciting projects, and a truly privacy- and security-focused business model. Employees and managers are supportive and positive. Creativity is encouraged.

      Cons

      The onboarding process, while efficiently organized, contains a LOT of information. Be prepared!

      Without a doubt, love working at 1Password, personally for a number of reasons: - remote work, with flexible hours - trust in employees - empower each other as a team - availability to explore career paths, with support - competitive salary - friendly and supportive team - employment for those in CA, USA, and UK with benefits - annual meet ups, which is always so much fun

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes be tricky as we’ve grown as a company, but is something that can easily be worked on.
