$500 office allowance 100% benefit coverage Work from home

Cons

-Unattainable metrics -Lack of career growth -No raise. Raise is equal to cost of inflation -Pays less then other tech companies -Women paid less then men - Multiple rounds of lay offs - No communication with departments, leadership is so inconsistent with answers and help it's not funny. You are left to find all the answers yourselves. - terrible company morale

* really, really great ICs & EMs doing incredible work * interesting work * great product doing good in the world

Cons

* people management processes are excessive - consume 3-4 months of the year, are incredibly demotivating; standards are impossible to meet and out of touch with reality. * They don't address the real process issues - they aspire to be a mature organization, but when the pressure is on, they pretend they are a startup rather than implement change that would help a mature org operate efficiently.
