Pros

The company has amazing benefits along with the flexible hours and full remote. Pay is competitive and they recently increased everyone by 7.5% due to 2021's insane inflation rates. The top really do seem to care about their employees, monthly AMA's with various C-suite including the CEO. Everyone is very approachable and the people are so sweet.

Cons

Due to the rapid growth, alot of processes that used to work are currently bottlenecks, but its being worked on.

* Able to work on a product that I care about and that actually helps people * Company has steadfast values on privacy and security that I'm proud to be a part of * Great opportunity to have a big impact on a large scale project with millions of customers * Good ideas are encouraged and there is a lot of room for creative thought * Growing like crazy and lots of opportunities to move into leadership positions * Able to work from home with regular meetups in person throughout the year * Inclusive culture that welcomes everyone from all walks of life * Big focus on making the onboarding process the best it can be for new people joining * Very competitive compensation package * Amazingly good health benefit plan * RRSP contribution matching * Generous vacation policy * Career framework with clear paths to follow

Cons

* Constantly feel that we have too much to do and not enough time and hands to do it, but this is improving as more people come on board * Can be difficult to maintain a healthy work/life balance sometimes, as working from home can make it too easy to let that line blur
