Generally transparent, good people working through, strong remote culture. Very good work life balance.

Cons

Leadership questionable, too many strange opinions, hangups on issues that are effectively bikeshedding.

Pros

Product is very good, and there are tons of internal resources for sales reps to use and grow. Everyone is very friendly and non-toxic culture. Definition of hard SaaS sales and will teach you a lot.

Cons

Very silo-ed culture, not much collaboration outside of 2-3 people. Compensation is on the lower end. Unclear direction going forward.
