      Excellent Company to work for

      Pros

      The people are genuine and kind. They deeply care about their work and you as a person. Overall they want the company to succeed and for you to succeed and it shows on all levels.

      Cons

      It's a quickly growing company so there are some growing pains. It can be intense at times, but nothing intrusive.

      A stellar business that desperately needs a COO

      Pros

      - Really strong product-market fit with impressive word of mouth traction and a really loyal customer base. - The CEO walks the talk and has real passion for the product. There's a strong push to make the product more usable and Shiner (CEO) has been a strong champion in that endeavor. - While compensation was historically below market in some departments, the company has been proactively working to make adjustments and bring folks up to market. - Really solid Sales leadership at the helm, driving the push in sales led channels.

      Cons

      - The management team is new and still learning to work together. As teams scale and the company matures, communication lines and cohesion among teams is starting to break down. - The urgent is often prioritized over the important, and therefore, key infrastructure and processes to operate at scale are never tackeld. - The executive team is relatively green (many first time CXOs) and the CEO seems involved in way too many aspects of the business than required at this scale. Results in low autonomy of decision making across the organization (across levels).
