Coming on board with 1Password was a smooth, well-organized process, moving quickly and with lots of transparency and kindness. -Company seems to really try to remain true to their roots, and the kindness-based approach does really seem evident in how things are going.

Hyper growth mode and absorbing many new people- not a con- more of a caution to not lose what is your secret sauce and grow with like-minded people who will always enhance your organization and bring in diverse and new ways of solving problems
