      Amazing Onboarding program, and warm welcomes company wide. Building great foundational habits through shared training. Full Transparency, and consistent communication across all departments.

      Pros

      The number one thing I love about working for 1Password is that we truly help businesses. This is not the first company of this size that I have worked for, and with the new equity program, wellness days and great earning potential, I truly am so happy that I joined this rocketship.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge is that we have been building as we grow. Earlier this year many of us weren't hitting target but since then, things have changed in a big way.
