Pros

Great Training, The staff here is what makes it. Everyone here is positive and willing to train. Great office commodore within meetings and various events such as Birthday parties etc. With any growing company, there have been moments of stress. But through strong leadership and a clear mission (I help people get jobs), 1st Choice has been an amazing place to work. The challenges are daily and varied and leave me satisfied. I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.

Pros

Good pay. Flexible schedules. You can meet the families before taking a position. Staff is also available 24 hrs a day for any questions or concerns.

Cons

There aren't enough office staff for things to be monitored as efficiently as possible. Also there are no benefits that continue the longer you are with the company.
