Pros

There are literally no logical reasons why anyone should work at this company. I tried to find one good reason and I came up with nothing

Cons

This company is extremely unethical, they sign people up for insurance after they have opted out, they don't value their employees and there have been several times when I haven't been paid on time. When I call or send emails asking for answers they ignore me or say no one is available. I'm sure there are more than a few laws that have been broken.

Pros

If you kiss the executive management (or her 21 year old daughter's!) asses, you may not be publicly berated and humiliated. Hello incompetent other Account Managers that can't manage accounts, over worked accounting, front desk & hr departments! When you're not pulled into 4 hour a day meetings that stay on topic for ten minutes, then wander to how much the CEO & VP love to shop & buy LV (but can't afford to pay you a competitive wage in the market) you may be able to get some work done. Maybe. But you'll probably just be insulted and told that you don't manage your time wisely. How dare you not be able to fit 10 hours of work into a 5 hour day!

Cons

1 week of paid vacation IF you've clocked the right amount of years, corporate office sucks, temps are shuffled around and aren't valued as people, just commodity. Ex management team literally teased less attractive employees/candidates while they were in the other room. Ghetto. CEOs walking around with no shoes on. Bipolar old women who just want to gossip about their departments and cause strife. No wonder the business income in tanking, the clients are bipassing the lack of professionalism and going to places like Accenture and Manpower. This place is riding on good performance from 2009. Disgusting
