My favorite part of my position was resigning effective immediately

Cons

ineffective, bigoted management, redundant processes. Was constantly encouraged to outright lie to clients and candidates to keep up appearances. A struggling incompetant president who constantly berated staff, teased and mocked appearances of candidates, and was all in all the worst boss I've ever had. Everyone on my team resigned within 3 months of my departure, the staff member with th e most tenure was there for 10 months before quitting.

1st Choice was a great growth opportunity. Leadership is very knowledgable. Mrs.Smith has done a great job is building a team of knowledgable and driven professionals over the years. I always credit my experience at 1st Choice as my solid foundation in the recruiting world. The flexible scheduling is also a plus. 1st Choice is professional, efficient and exceedingly diligent.

Cons

A better benefits package is always a plus though this is always a challenge for staffing companies.
