Pros

1st Choice takes continuous training and development to the MAX. Small company hurdles such as wearing many hats, but your abilities and competencies rapidly evolve. Huge emphasis on teamwork. Continuous feedback on performance and remote friendly!

Cons

Typical staffing company hurdles of very little down time, focus on numbers, but certainly not a bull pit that some staffing company environments are known for.

Pros

My co workers were very sweet

Cons

Employees at the headquarters are led by a very questionable CEO. There were more bad days than good. The CEO lies on employees and creates such a hostile and toxic work environment that employees are afraid to lose their jobs and will follow blindly. The method of leadership is to conquer and decide. All reviews that are positive on any site were written by employees who were directed to do so upon the request of the CEO. She lies about employees and treats them horribly so they quit and can not file the unemployment or they are fired and file unemployment . Several harassment complaints were filed from employees “in the field” with EEOC and the Department of Labor. There are employees that she wanted fired, makes up lies, has HR fire them and tells them to put them in their records. One employee was accused of drinking in the job. It was false because when the CEO wanted me to include damaging information, I fact checked. As it turned out the employee informed the CEO that she could not do a certain task because it was questionable and sent me the documentation. I was humiliated in meetings, items were thrown at me in front of my peers. Once I found out the CEO basically tells lies about whatever employee is the target for the week, she creates a toxic environment. If you are a company find someone else who treats their employees better and does not create lies so people will either quit or get fired.
