My favorite part of my position was resigning effective immediately

Cons

ineffective, bigoted management, redundant processes. Was constantly encouraged to outright lie to clients and candidates to keep up appearances. A struggling incompetant president who constantly berated staff, teased and mocked appearances of candidates, and was all in all the worst boss I've ever had. Everyone on my team resigned within 3 months of my departure, the staff member with th e most tenure was there for 10 months before quitting.

Pros

There weren't many pros connected to this agency at all. They can get you a decent salary with some Federal agencies but wprking through them is the absolute worst.

Cons

The worst management ever imagined. Communication is non existent, they have no management skills whatsoever and their business ethics is deplorable.

The hiring process was quick.

Cons

Hard to get in touch with. Don't return calls. The time sheet system is extremely slow and difficult to use. No accrued paid time off - no paid time off at all.
