Great people to work with. The HR department is made up of stellar individuals with a work hard/play hard mindset. Very easy to get your work done and look forward to work when you have great people to work with!

Pros

Benefits are alright. Decent insurance, vacation and sick time. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

Training is a nightmare. No accountability, no structure, constantly changing job descriptions and duties. Not worth the mental breakdown, especially since the pay is comparable to fast-food jobs these days. Upward mobility isn't a thing. Lateral movement is also impossible.
