Micromanaging from Jins and the company doesn’t nothing, upper management doesn’t do weekly, biweekly or monthly meetings and when they do nothing changes for example they have a 1-800 number that by costumer feedback have said they won’t pick up because they think it’s a scam we have suggested to put a caller I’d years later it’s still the same, they take away your intellectual property, they do not pay final pay on time or proper amount, they bend the rules to what’s best for the company without any regards to the employees in office. They say they like to promote within but ALWAYS raise the bar so you can’t move up.
