Pros

They have a no-cap commission structure and provide a base pay which gives you a piece of mind. You get paid each week & they will structure a work schedule that fits with your school/family obligations.

Cons

Be prepared to work a few times a week until 9pm. There is not much of an advancement opportunity, unless you are willing to move to another region where a manager position is open. It is sales and cowokers sometimes take your sales. You have to be self motivated to make a decent paycheck.

Pros

-Good Base Pay -Not Sure about Health Benefits (Missed the deadline) -Good People -No Supervisor with you 24/7 -Take Lunch and Breaks Whenever -Paid Training Sessions for New Promos and free stuff and they feed you -Contest that get you Extra Money -Commision is Good Depending on How Hard You Work -Nice Work Environment (Depending on what store you work at) -Requesting time off is easy provided you let them know in advance -Recognition every time you get a sale. -If you work for Fios, there's no cleaning up after work, just tidy up your own working station and go home. If Cell Phone Reps get off at 9 they usually leave at 10 or 10:30 b/c they have to clean up.......If Fios get off at 9 we leave at 9:01!! (that one minute is how long it takes for us to put our coats on and get to the front door) :)

Cons

-Managers not keeping up with sending you supplies. -In Some Stores Cell Phone Reps and Fios Reps don't get along. -You do not work behind a desk like Cell Phone Reps. -Your Managers get a cut off of everything you make. -Half of your Commission comes when you make the sale but the other half does not arrive in your check until equipment is installed in the home. -Seems like there is more support for D2D Reps than Retail Reps. -*If you want to work for the actual company Verizon your contract states you must go 6 months without a job at 20/20 Companies. -As a 20/20 employee they don't give you clearance badges for anything we must keep asking Cell Phone Reps......yeah..it's annoying. -They can schedule you overtime without your consent. -No room for advancement what-so-ever.........If you get this job........get it for the money......don't expect to move up in a company like 20/20 Companies.

Pros

If you like to work and make money, this is not a bad place. They offer a lot of overtime and the incentives are pretty good.

Cons

They WILL try to work you to death. Very hard to balance work and personal life. Managers are very pushy about making quota and may call or text message you up to about 20 times per shift.
