13yThank you for your feedback; we hope that you also shared this with company leaders when you were here and did not wait until leaving to share your thoughts. We certainly don't view our team members as cogs and we are often humbled by the knowledge and talent that our employees bring to the organization. It seems as though this was not a good cultural/personality fit and sometimes that is just to be expected. We wish you much success.
