- The people are friendly and easy to work with. Honestly some of the best people I have ever worked with professionally. - Cool projects with big names attached to them.

Cons

- Leadership is failing this company. Between bad decisions, investments, and the current leadership not being "Game" people, the company is doomed to fail. - Long hours and stress. - Compensation is below industry standard. Myself and several other employees had to have significant pay adjustments because our initial salaries were so low in comparison to the rest of the industry.

Some of the people in middle to upper management are trying their best to make do with the situation

Cons

Overall, working at this video game company is a nightmare. The upper management is incompetent and micro-managing, the work environment is toxic and demoralizing, and the creative work being produced is uninspired and lackluster. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company unless major changes are made at the VP leadership level and above. It's a sinking ship and it's only a matter of time before it goes under.
