You work on video games - if you're passionate about that, it may be enough

Cons

Most leaders are great at managing up and sounding smart in the boardroom, but miss pretty much everything else. They don't get to know their people, they don't seek out ideas from their teams, they don't collaborate well with each other, they don't cascade information, they don't lead. Constant re-orgs, very little sense that leaders know what they're doing outside of trying to sell themselves as the solution and everyone else as the problem.

The people at the lower levels are great! Fun projects.

Cons

Low pay Very hard to get raises and promotions even if you meet all the qualifications set by the company. Unless you get an offer from somewhere else and threaten to leave.
