Low pay Very hard to get raises and promotions even if you meet all the qualifications set by the company. Unless you get an offer from somewhere else and threaten to leave.

Extreme politics, animosity and favoritism going on - No autonomy to empower employees to do their jobs - Lost focus on diversity and inclusion, only promotional campaigns on social media. - Process infrastructure extremely rudimentary - Leadership team cannot be trusted to make sound decisions - HR is non-existent after the recent churn in the leadership team - Always looking for ways to cut cost. Prople are treated poorly especially if there is a diversity of thought and differences in opinions
