Cons

Very low pay, management only looks for the negatives in most employees and ignores the positives. Lots of Overtime

Pros

Every project has a meaningful purpose and well funded and supported by the board. PR department is very experienced and skilled. You don't have to worry about your work being wasted, just focus on what you are doing and let the company think about the other stuff.

Cons

The salary package is not that attractive.

Pros

Fun work environment and people. People there are very easy to get along with. People are very dedicated and passionate about the work they do. Pet-Friendly. Very supportive atmosphere.

Cons

Lack of leadership and communication. You really have to be pro-active if you want change. The core technology is not at the same level as many other AAA companies. Hard to work with at times. This makes it difficult for artists to truly show their talents when the tech makes it look sub-par. Hard to find and retain top or senior talent. Lack of organization. Crunch with no OT pay (Sometimes made up with comp time)
