Pros
Laid back, work flow can be flexible, some departments can prosper (not finance), diversity at the bottom tier employees
Cons
Low pay (especially in finance), horrible management (especially in finance), vague titles to keep your pay low and non-transferrable across job market, work life balance for some was non-existent, diversity non-existent at the top, management purposely downgrade you so they can take your bonus/pay/promotion
