Pros

I enjoyed the day to day interactions with such a diverse group of people. No day ever mirrored the day before.

Cons

At the end of the day "business is business; nothing personal"; those are the words that linger in my ears when I was laid-off. And it's far from "not personal" when your lively-hood has been completely changed.

Test and have early access to new games before they are out. Work with people who are all video game geeks like you.

Cons

Required overtime. No overtime advanced notice. Low pay. Training and advancement opportunities are almost non-existent. Low pay.
