Pros

You get a 20% markup when selling to the store.

Cons

Negative work environment. Corporate is incredibly abusive and uncommunicative. Lied to store managers on multiple occasions. You can’t buy clothes unless they have been out for sale for a whole day. Fake items in store constantly and they management doesn’t care.

Worst management of all time. They do not care about their employees at all. They are super racist. Pay is not livable.

Great selection of items that you will be around with. If you love fashion, clothes, etc. this is a good place to work.

Cons

Employee discount should at least be 20%. Management is still evolving so there is always a bit discrepancy.
