Love my job because my coworkers are total sweetie pies and chillers. We have super good prices and I’m always shopping the $5 and $12 sh*t. Easy to make your own schedule usually but maybe my manager is just awesome idkkkk. Also a lot of the tasks are things you can just focus on and not have to interact with customers which is sick

Cons

Def don’t feel like I’m going to stay with the company for long even though they always say they want their employees to “grow with the company”. Definitely got the vibe that people get promoted based off of coolness and willingness to lk f over sellers. Wish we could offer higher payouts bc they’re sometimes embarrassing to give out. Also almost always have to stay 15-30 mins past close which is like minds games after a long day of teenage boys dropping pants off the hanger and messing up the shoes
