Pros

Consistent retail job, would recommend for a college student or someone looking for part-time work. It's fun working with the clothes that come in to the store. Learned a lot about different brands and designers during my time here. Great for someone with a true passion for secondhand fashion.

Cons

Most employees and managers tend to be very immature in my opinion. It seems they hire retail employees mostly based on looks and style rather than merit. Lack of training for employees. Not much room for growth within the company aside from becoming a store manager. The company's organizational structure was always strange to me. Took the company a year to give me my pay raise after getting promoted to a Buyer. Many qualms with the company and their policies. Major lack of communication and understanding throughout the company from management and hire-ups to employees. Pay could be much better as well.
