      First dibs as a buyer Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Store managers and upper management play favorites and are unprofessional. No one to reach out to when it comes to employee complaints/needs. Promote random and undeserving people, then demote you because they don’t want to fire you. Gives random influencers(friends of Tia) $500 credit but 0 incentives for hardworking employees. Overall they don’t care about you, don’t work too hard because it will never be acknowledged.

      1 hour lunches, ten minute breaks

      Cons

      Sexist, racist, homophobic, and transphobic management team. Makes arbitrary decisions on hiring and firing. Will overwork you and demand you give them your entire week. 1 hour lunches take away from full days pay. No opportunity for advancement unless you are well liked for personal reasons. Toxic work environment. No opportunities for female buyers or POC buyers at certain locations.

      Cons

      Horrible employee discount at only 10% which customers can literally get from signing up online. No actual perks to working here part time. Weird rules for buying as an employee too. If you’re 1 minute, yes 1 minute late they will count it against you
