Cool clothes, Nice co-workers. Nothing else to say really.

Cons

It's a pretty relaxed job. Sometimes you don't know if you are a janitor or a sales associate. Discount is non existent pretty much. 10%.

get any days off you ask for hour long lunches learning buying skills

Cons

no management accountability, open door policy feels fake, incredibly petty behavior from management works good people to the bone while others get away with favoritism and kissing up a job that is way more stressful than retail should ever be
