Marxent has an easy-going and fun culture. There is an amazing team dynamic where everyone helps each other out and no one gets thrown under the bus. The absolute opposite of a big corporation.

Awesome culture, cutting edge product, incredibly smart and gregarious co-workers, challenging yet rewarding work, the feeling of being a part of something special.

Cons

Fast-paced/self-directed work environment will be too stressful/confusing for some.

Marxent has a phenomenal team and leadership and is part of a growing, interesting industry. There is plenty of rewarding hard work to go around. A really fun company to be a part of.

Cons

Some people will see the flexibility and fluidity as a con. Also, this may sound picky, but the company snacks are so-so.
