Pros

Good Learning Cooperative Good Pay Nice Place to work Balance Work Life Good senior management. They will be around you if you need anything or any help Salary is credited every 4th of the month. It was never delayed. The appraisal is always good compared to other companies.

I have worked around 4 years, i didn't see any cons.

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. The employer give us the opportunity to work on new technology.
