1)Salary on time (between 3 to 5 of every month) 2)Diwali vacation of 5 days fixed 3)If you did hard work you will get increment 4)Some Managers are good 5) jigar brahmbhatt sir,Pranab das sir, Rajiv sharma sir, piyush sir, amit brahmbhatt sir, Rajiv sharma sir are good managers and friendly. 6)Respected CEO is great, his behaviour is good.
Cons
1)Long time meetings with developers 2)Some of Senior old developer will not give reply on time, they will view message but they will not give you reply on the time and they will not do help on time (this will cost to late delivery of product) 3)No bench system
