Pros

I have been working with 3Di since April 2022. We have been working in the Hybrid model. I am interested in moving into a hardcore marketing function from a banking sales background. With 3Di I got exposure to B2B & B2G Marketing. With 3Di I have been given opportunities to work with international teams and the latest technologies that have helped me understand the relevance of marketing functions for Business to Govt businesses (which is not seen in India). I have learned Marketing research, aspects of Brand Audit, new tools of project mgmt, Agile marketing, and project planning and Multitasking with Objective Goals. My team and the leadership are very supportive and deeply invested in helping me hone my marketing and communication skills.
