- Had good US government projects

Cons

- Poor Management - No proper timings. Some people starts late and expect others to stay late - Tech stack is not good. With this teck stack it is difficult to get job outside - At the time of mega lay-off company has decrease the notice period. After lay off they again increase notice period just to cut pay of employees

Currently on my notice period. I have received greate opportunities . Once you work here you will be ready to take every technical challenges from the future that's how they will groom you. Best place for fresher's who want to start their journey. If you work hard you will surely get recognition and that will reflected to your salary. Management is not that bad . They understand your problems and always ready to help.

Cons

Little hard to survive for below average programmers. Sometimes have to work on weekends.
