Was a good place but some good people have left

Pros

Agile company but normal, 9 to 18 working hours. CEO has a good vision of where the company should move or do business.

Cons

Management comes mainly from Continental, a big corporation, and that makes things difficult as the way of running a big company does not apply to a small one. The whole setup is cheap... although in the middle of the city the offices have cheap furniture and infrastructure investments are scarce.

Humans Are Fungible

Business Outlook

Pros

The salaries are relatively high and the benefits good. The environment is relatively laid back, at least in the US office. Work/Life balance is relatively good and the company is family-friendly.

Cons

3Pillar Global sometime seems true to its 'body shop' roots and many employees are seen as a necessary evil or fungible, especially those in non-revenue producing positions. A number of senior employees are devoutly religious and the religious overtones echo throughout the company to a degree that can be awkward for someone who doesn't generally share their views. Management seems at times to be flailing about and more interested in the idea of managing a business than actually managing it. There is inexplicable and disturbing turnover in the ranks of senior management.
