      HIRE and FIRE policy. It's not old 3 Pillar Now, Policy nowadays is pure Hire and Fire even for old employees

      1. Celebrate events. 2. WFH Policy 3, Salary on time 4. Promising fake sugar coated things while hiring, but trust me never fall in this trap. 5. Most reviews are paid and fake

      Cons

      1. Purely working on hire and fire policy, if they don't have any project for you. 2. Zero Job security. They can even fire you, after giving good ratings and appraisal. 3. Senior management are basically owners of the company in India. Zero ethics, Zero planning. 4. Instead of sending useless gift, and party, focus on better project planning and aligning resources.

      - nice colleagues - benefits (before the pandemic) - good salary to start - unlimited wfh

      Cons

      - rude managers, caring only about themselves - incorrect promotions, based on friendships and flattery - rude feedback, used to humiliate the people

      Pros

      No working hours regulation. That's it

      Cons

      Don't have good projects. Hire n fire is so common. Takes so much time to settle down fnf. My process is still going on even after 3 months of relieving. Worst employer. Senior management will treat you like a puppet. They will make you work on a obsolete technology even if you don't know about that.

Ideally an ex employee gets his/her full and final within 20 working days from leaving the organisation provide he/she has completed the no dues formalities before leaving. We have gone through the data of employees who left us in last 6 months and there is no case where the settlement is pending since 3 months.
