Pros

Flexible hours to work Work from home facility

Cons

False commitments They can fire you anytime as soon as the project finish or layoff. Arrogant Managers , all trying to save their position , some so called Architect are not on any project for last 3 years but serving. Very short term projects and the project duration is about 2 or 3 months so after that again u need to look for new projects or learn new technology and get fit into else you are fired. if you are on bench for single day, no increment even if you have worked on project for full time. DON'T KNOW WHAT U.S. MANAGEMENT ARE MANAGING FROM U.S.

Pros

In country leadership is trying their hardest to make the employees have a good professional experience. There is a high bar of culture within the company, which yields to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Cons

Czech branch was acquired in early 2021. The company at that point was not competitive on salaries within the region, but this was made up by everything else. The chill atmosphere, nothing was a problem, the important thing was to perform in a manner that exceeded client expectations. This is gradually changing, but on the part where things are taken away from employees. We are repeatedly informed in the last 18 months after the acquisition that we can't improve salaries. There are virtually no benefits in the company. And I don't mean benefits that lack as opposed to the competition. No, I literally mean, no benefits. The only thing that was floated are a couple extra days of vacation. That's it. The CEO and overall leadership uses a lot of corporate speak to deflect from what looks like a pump & dump scheme. We keep hemorrhaging quality talent, stable opportunities and don't get anything specific as a future plan. I hope that we can survive within the big company with all three sites in Olomouc, Ostrava and Brno, but I would strongly advise against joining at the moment, as the corporate is not healthy right now. See if it survives into 2024 and look into newer reviews.
