Unreliable company

Business Outlook

Pros

The people I interacted with were nice people.

Cons

I was offered a position as a developer by the company. Everything seemed fine so I accepted their offer and was going to become an employee of the company... But, a few days before I was supposed to start, after I had done all the necessary paperwork, I was told that the position I was recruited for was no longer available, and as such, they had to stop the entire hiring process, just a few days before starting.

We would like to start with thanking you for the feedback. We are glad we could ensure a rewarding experience through a good package, benefits and employee friendly policies. Pleased to inform that one of our Values is Intrinsic Dignity and with that we believe our team members are innately worthwhile and possess unique talents and perspectives that only they can contribute. Organisation equally pays a lot of focus on driving a culture of supportive managers who are more like enablers to make team members ready for the next role. If this gives any additional information, we have various up-skilling and re-skilling programs available to not only equip our team members to perform the current role better but also to make them ready for the next role. As we can see you are currently working with 3PiIlar, we highly recommend you to connect with your manager, Talent Business Partner and L&D partner to know more about upskilling programs. Withal we believe in continuous improvement hence all our team members, including management is open for feedback and suggestions.

We would like to thank you for taking out time to write your thoughts and experience about the organisation here. We strive at making 3Pillar a Great Place to Work and believe in a flexible working environment. We are known for our best work culture where we believe in transparency, openness, treating each other with dignity and respect, giving opportunity to grow, investing in growth of every individual and developing a high performing team. We are absolutely against favoritism. We always invest in benchmarking ourselves with the market in compensation, benefits and best practices. There is a set procedure for drawing the increment percentage which is not at all driven by favoritism. Salary increments for an individual also depends upon the performance, skillset and potential of the employee. Would like to also apprise that our Management team is continuously working towards the growth of our People and the organization, we have added many new logos this year for more details you can visit our website.
