I’m Sorry to hear about your unfortunate Experience. That was truly not our intention. We really appreciate your feedback, and hope you do give us the chance to make it right. I would also like to take this chance to comment on your points. Poor Management - The Management team here strive to reach everyone through their best strategies but I understand that some methods may be incompatible with their own. We have a firm commitment in grooming and managing our Management team and we take your feedback as a positive approach in the terms of improving them. No Talent is Promoted - We would like to deviate a little from this point, we think that we focus more on promoting Talent through Internal Promotions also we put in deliberate efforts to train people so that during year end review they are ready for the promotion along with the business Need. Monotonous Work - We would like to know which project you were working for wherein the work was monotonous in nature, please feel free to reach out to us on talentengagement@3pillarglobal.com. No Good Projects - We would like to discuss more on this, please feel free to reach out to us on talentengagement@3pillarglobal.com. Managers favorite only gets good appraisal not the talented ones - Our Appraisal process goes through three levels of evaluation wherein an employee's performance is first evaluated by his Direct Manager, then his Skip Level Manager and thereafter from the Director of the Engineering. Apart from these we have other checkpoints as the Talent Engagement partner, Director - Talent Engagement and Sr-Director - Engineering. So chances are almost nil that the talent and their promotion part is not taken care of. I apologize for the distress this may have caused you. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Good environment to work. Meal facility although they charge little bit monthly. Work from home is easy.

Cons

No Technical Exposure False commitments They can fire you anytime as soon as the project finish or layoff. Rude Managers ,a lot of politics , managers have their own crowd of "obsequious" people. Recruiters promises are false, they said something but when you join it will be another thing. Please don't join this company if you are settled and just looking for a change to increase your salary. Don't go, after 6 month or so you have to leave. If you jobless then its ok because its always good have something then nothing.

Thank you for writing us and letting us know about your experience with 3Pillar Global. Terminating team members is certainly not our strategy but understand and more importantly respect your perception. In certain circumstances we have to make decisions related to performance and or business requirements. It is our organization’s goal to ensure that team members have consistent feedback and the opportunity to improve prior to being let go. Again- thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best of luck in your future role.
