Pros

Real respect for staff from co-workers to upper management The whole company runs like a team where you want everyone to succeed. Very transparent management with profit sharing means everyone feels involved in working hard for success. Better work environment that some more famous tech companies.

Cons

Lots of work, not a lot of free time. But they plan for events and have good vacation benefits.

Pros

As others have said, I really appreciate the transparency of the leadership at 3Sharp, it really helps me feel like I am part of a family. The people that work at 3Sharp are brilliant, funny, passionate, and supportive of their colleagues. The work itself is challenging and interesting and the work culture is generally wonderful.

Cons

Parking is a problem, but it isn't really 3Sharp's fault, it is a city wide issue.

Worked in the company less than a year - new to the small company life.

Pros

Great family feel - can get to know everyone if you want and attitude is positive. This is something that was missing working for a big company as just being a number among many. Transparency of the company and its direction is definite real plus. Profit sharing!

Cons

Juggling the daily tasks/projects to fill your day ( as was stated before ) gets to be a real challenge. In the juggle your focus on projects takes finesse that I've not encountered in prior jobs.

The transition can be tricky if you are used to one big monolithic project instead of a bunch of smaller ones.
