Pros

The culture is pretty great and the people as well. They are all pretty warm and welcoming. The benefits are good as well...there is a sweet gym upstairs with trainers and fitness classes and they also have a health clinic.

Cons

Raises are so low that you will make less and less every year with basic cost of living increases. No promotion opportunities. Departments seem to have an every man for themselves philosophy, instead of trying to work together for the good and benefit of the customer.

Pros

Good base salary! Work from home, independence to create and accept, new concepts and ideas on how to approach the market place.

Cons

Team members, are toxic, favoritism is rapport through the company. Week is packed with company meetings, making it difficult to make time to interface with clients and meet company outside meeting quotas. Projects are taken away from sales people by bending rules that are in place by the management team. They would like you to participate on national sales call even though everyone talks over everyone else to rally for attention. Project Managers were not helpful, curt, short and under pressure to perform.

Pros

* Benefits are awesome. The healthcare is good. There is also a big private gym in the building that is free to all employees and their spouses/partners. It's open 24/7. * Culture and environment is friendly, creative, and fun. We like to celebrate holidays. Some events include: Cereal month in February, Lagoon day for employees and their families in the summer, Ice cream month in August, big Halloween party for employees and their families, Christmas party, etc..

Cons

Like with most jobs, it can get stressful with time lines and workloads, but we get through it.
