      Pros

      Management values their employees and provides a culture that is family-centric. Opportunity for growth and development within the organization.

      Cons

      The ship can be a little slow to turn, we can see the changes needed however change implementation is slow to progress leading to disenchantment.

      Pros

      3form does try to promote a positive internal culture. There are a lot of perks working at the corporate office and the company in general. There was a good rough patch for a few years with a very stagnant environment but fresh blood was brought in with new management and some real changes are taking place.

      Cons

      There are still hurdles to accept change from some of the long-term employees. It's far less than it used to be though.

      Pros

      Very exciting, fast paced, and challenging product and services offerings. Requires intelligent and committed people who have the desire to be a part of something revolutionary. Five stars to the executive team. They truly care about making and maintaining a great company for its great people. The CEO and CFO couldnt have found a better CCO. Thank you for that! Amazing facility with incredible perks. Large state of the art gym, onsite private health clinic for employees and their family's, generous paid vacations, free fresh fruit, bbq's, employee lagoon day, generous holiday gifts, and great people just to name a few.

      Cons

      It's hard to legitimize an entirely new building material but its happening and it's great to be a part of it.
