I've been at 3form for a few years. 3form is a large enough company that I'm sure there are good pockets and bad pockets, but I can honestly say everyone here is really smart and wants to succeed both personally and as a company. People collaborate and help each. Great place to work.

Too much overtime... Not always a con

Pros

Fairly young company that is agile, hungry, and excited for change. There is a willingness to change and improve unlike any other organization. Great leadership team with some recent additions. Very much looking forward to the future!

Cons

Some typical office politics, but nothing that can’t be overcome.

Pros

Fun coworkers, potential to be leader in resin however currently random focus on products, incentative trips if you make goal.

Cons

Culture of bullying and evident favorites, over the top micromanaging, rogue leadership, long hours, lack of urgency and support from team to customers, lack of interest in employee retention typically a 3 year turn over, managment shoots from the hip, product is too expensive constantatly VE'ed for compitition.
