Pros

Gym upstairs Lots of parking Free Coke machine

Cons

CEO talks in circles and is unclear. Company is excruciatingly slow keeping promises. CRM is outdated and overly complex. Decisions by management are unclear and often not explained. For example they may be an open dealer line or they may not be. No one is actually sure. Lack of strategy or 5 year plan. Absolutely no innovation. Living on success and sales they found years ago. No new products in years. Layoffs are inevitable as cost Cutting measures continue. parent company is putting so much cost pressure to severely reduce costs that budgets no longer make sense. Office is dark and dingy especially in customer service. Sales team runs the show. Management lives in fear of further loss of revenue and disappointing the sales reps.

Pros

They have ice cream week in the summer

Cons

*This review is actually for LightArt but given that the majority of their issues stemmed from their parent company, 3form, I have no problems leaving it here. Also, they started posting jobs under 3form because there's so many negative reviews under LightArt.* The main issue is the top echelon of the company make horribly immoral and unethical decisions. Some of the worst I have witnessed in my career so I will focus on that topic. Just a few examples; • Numerous attempts to force an employee of 9 years with an immune disorder to come into the office during the COVID pandemic. We are talking as soon as the stay in place order lifted in WA in 2020 because they took advantage of a loophole as “a manufacture” even though we all had desk jobs and could easily do our work from home. When this employee later quit, no acknowledgment of their contributions or even sheer existence was given by higher-ups… none • Forced a manager to take a demotion because they had to stay home with their child during the pandemic… then two months later forcing them to come in part time • Threatening to sue ex-employees for quitting to work for a competitor • CEO called a manager on Christmas day and personally berated them, personally blaming them for not making that year’s sales goal

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience while at 3form. 2020 and COVID brought a lot of unknowns. Just like the rest of the world, 3form took it one day at a time with so many changes happening. We take your feedback very seriously and are constantly working on making improvements. If you have additional comments or questions, please reach out to hr@3-form.com.

Pros

Onsite gym, health clinic, and personal trainers. Fresh fruit and vegetables (except not anymore with the budget cuts). Full week of Christmas to new years off.

Cons

Depending on what you're doing, you might get to deal with micromanagers, general bullies and or people that don't know what they are doing. It feels like you're busy just to be busy, for products/services that will most likely not get used or sold. You rarely get to have time for enhancing products and internal processes that are super inefficient.
