      Pros

      It is a Good experience as 3i infotech had some very good projects with very good clients across United states

      Cons

      Management is very short sighted and onsite offshore model of teams is not managed properly and so end up losing many high profile projects due to pathetic deliveries.

      Pros

      Compensation is not terrible when compared to industry counterparts.

      Cons

      Inferior and out of touch management -- whose primary objective is to "get the deal". Far less focus is invested on the quality of work, efficiency, or timely deliverables. Don't work here if you looking for a very long term career. My opinion of this place is: it is ideal for starting off as a fresher out of college - but not such a great place to stick around for many years. It's a massive H1B visa shop.
