The Most Horrible experience ever !!
Pros
The only Pro that I can see from my experience at 3i Infotech Middle East (Dubai) is that it showed me how bad a 'so called professional' organization can get. My stint there taught me how not to run an organization.
Cons
The Management, to be specific the regional head or regional CEO as the designation goes. 3i Infotech hires the crappiest people they can find to be their regional CEO. CEO's who indulge in badmouthing previous CEOs and employees, abusing the current employees (even the females are not spared), threatening employees with dire consequences on a daily basis if they fail to meet unrealistic targets, favoring specific employees to the extent that it creates a negative workplace environment, changing the structure every 2 months and changing the hierarchy according to the whims and fancies of the CEO. The CEO will only push for payment of incentives if the region as a whole has met its target so that the employees get paid only when he gets paid. Employees are not given leave from work. Employees are put on Performance Improvement Plans within 2 months of joining (i.e. withing their Probation Period). Working in a draconian environment puts employees under tremendous stress which is something the HR turns a blind eye to. In fact even the HR is subject to their daily dose of abuse from the CEO.
