      Pros

      It's worst Company. If you get client site ICICI Prudential, so join your own risk. There are very cheap politics. Manager's of ICICI prudential was lusted for girls and if you are male candidate then you forget your appreciation and promotion. Even you have to fight for save your job. I am one who lost job for one girl because she has know how to impress manager. Again I want to say do not join if client will be ICICI prudential.

      I really had a very bad experience with this organization. Unfriendly environment, no coordination among teams... everyone is very selfish.
