      Salary on time that's it .

      Managers are worst especially hyderabad Amlock team managers worst they don't anything But they are blaming employees, dont join amlock project I will not tell manager names but three managers are worst.

      Pros

      We can learn a lot regarding banking domain, their real-time issues, optimizations. Pay scale is comparatively OK.

      Cons

      Managers behave like college lecturers , calling managers as Sir is practiced here, they torture if anyone resigns and forces people to work on weekends/ late nights. Taking leaves is very difficult and they don't pay anything for leaves that are left.

      If your Manager is really good then you are getting everything as Pros only.

      Cons

      Worst Team Leaders (Some) . If you are a girl and you knows how to impress your manager then no problem rather if you are a guy you should learn how to be a slave to your manager . If you ask your leave , no permission , If you ask leave as you are sick then next day your manager will ask you to finish bunch of works . Then you you guys (HR) giving 25 days annual leave to employee .(I think that only for Managers) You cant learn anything new , as everything their is as automated . I am still confusing I was rejected for good rating in appraisal and the reason they said for that this financial year we are team failed to show good productivity , but our team leader got good rating that how ?
