      there is no pros for this organization going in bad situation

      Cons

      Team work is there but some of the top management are not good they can't communicate the time lines as per developer time lines they can't negotiate and developer need to sit day night to complete the work and also the system is worst they are having 2 GB ram only and also old technology no new technology upgrade
