      Learning, Learning and more learning....there is no better place to learn technology than 3i..great competetive working atmosphere..talent scores over experience...

      Pros

      Great deal of responsibility and authority provided . Opportunity to visit multiple countries and deal on multiple projects. Not many layers so your daily interaction with middle management and frequent interaction with top management is common.

      Cons

      Pay is average. Learning and Benefits are sub par. Saturday and Sunday working on projects are quite common. Its still an ICICI style culture so you got to be in office until your boss leaves. Project decisions are very reactive.
