      3i infotech csl is a worst company, it will ruin your career. Better be jobless than working for this company.

      Pros

      for freshers its good to get corporate exposure, business (Client) team pressure, work under pressure, will be able to handle under tight situations, work only to get 1 yr experience and remove your fresher's tag that's it.

      Cons

      no life, only work, client is like a demi-god, no holiday, even work on festivals, sometimes you need to work 15 days in one go without a single holiday break, No future,hardly Rs 1000 increment in a year. Salary too low to manage your personal life, Rotational shift. one of the most important thing if you feel to get placed in a good MNC, then you will become hpoeless in this company,every now and then business managers will screw you up no matter how great you work or work overtime, no appraisal. simply worst, trust me.
