      if project is good than start and it also no care in client side,all client side manager are trust-less.

      Brand Name: formerly known as ICICI Infotech SEI CMMi Level 3 Company Good Salary package offered Comfortable work environment

      Hire and Fire policy. Employees roles ends in the company if the Project ends Hire based on the awarded contracts and fire at the end/scarping the project No notice period served and no compensation offered to an employee by the company when they ask to resign. Senior HR officials behaves in a Punk manner, they force employees to resign by any way They treat employees as poor labour. Hold salary and will not allow to enter office premises until he/she resign Very unprofessional HR policies, they tweak policies in benefit of organization not to the employees. No compensation is approved for carry forward/balanced leaves Unprofessional HR/Admin staff

      3i Infotech CSL, is worst employer ever in Indian IT industry. I am writing this review as 3i Infotech CSL employee

      NONE, stay away from 3i Infotech CSL, it is completely different from 3i Infotech (which is somewhat less screwed up, but still screwed up).

      3i Infotech CSL is the most screwed up organization Client side job with very low salary and hardly any work-life balance Company HR wont even look at his team working at client side until you resign 2 Months of notice period No future growth
